Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, and collaborating with clients, engineers, and project managers to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and public projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet structural and regulatory requirements.
• Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
